How-to

Switch projects and view project settings

Change the active project and read the project configuration and scan schedule.

Use this when you work on more than one project, or when you want to check how a project is configured.

  1. Select the project name in the top right of the header.
  2. Pick a project from the list. It shows every project you belong to, alphabetically, with a check mark on the current one.
  3. You land on that project’s dashboard.

On a phone, the project switcher sits at the foot of the navigation menu instead of in the header. Select the menu icon in the header to open it.

If the list is empty you see You have no active projects yet. Contact your administrator to get access to a project.

  1. Select Settings in the navigation rail.
  2. Open the Settings tab.

The page is read-only: it shows your project details as a summary, not as fields you can fill in. It has two cards:

  • Project context — “Context information helps AI generate better insights”. The AI uses this context when it generates prompts, keywords, and insights. The card shows:
    • Project name.
    • Goals — the project goals as text, or “No goals defined”.
    • Language — the project language as a badge. A project without a language set shows English.
    • Market — the market as a badge, or “No market defined”.
    • Sectors — one badge per sector, or “No sectors defined”.
    • Business Models — one badge per business model, or “No business models defined”.
  • Scan schedule — the scan interval under the card title (“Scanning daily”, “Scanning weekly”, “Scanning monthly”, or “Scanning disabled”) and one row per channel with the number of items analyzed, when its data was last refreshed (“Data as of 3h ago”, or “Awaiting first scan” before the first scan has run), and a badge with the next scan (“Due now”, “in 3d”, or “Not scheduled”).

A new project scans daily unless your account manager sets another interval. Its first scan runs about an hour after the project is created; until then, each channel shows “Awaiting first scan”.

You cannot edit these details yourself. The banner at the top of the page says so: “Your subscription is currently managed by GripIQ. Contact your account manager … to help you further.” Select your account manager’s name in the banner to send them an email.

Your account manager changes the project details for you. You also find their contact details under Settings → Subscription.

Tab Contents
Subscription Plan, dates, quota usage, team members, and your account manager.
Settings The project context and the scan schedule.
Brands Own brands and competitors.
Personas The personas of this project.
Tags Your tags for prompts and keywords. Team Admins and Team Members can create, edit, and delete tags.
Connections Connect your own accounts, such as Google Search Console, so GripIQ shows your own figures next to the market view. A connection belongs to the project: every member uses it. Only a Team Admin can connect or disconnect an account. The tab appears only when a connection is available for your project.
Team members The people in the project and their roles. Only a Team Admin sees this tab.
