Dashboard and Competitors metrics

How the dashboard tiles and the competitor cards are calculated.

The share of answers in the date range that mention your own brand:

share of voice = answers mentioning your brand / answers × 100

Example: 45 of 120 answers → 38%. The sparkline shows the same figure per day over the last 14 days. The badge is the difference against the previous range, in percentage points. Note that the Prompts card of the same name divides by all brand mentions instead; see Prompts metrics.

The number of AI answers in the date range. The subtitle is the number of distinct AI assistants that answered (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Mode), not of model versions: every version of one assistant counts once, and Google AI Mode counts as its own assistant.

The number of insights that are neither applied nor rejected, out of all published insights.

The number of active competitor brands. The subtitle counts the website changes detected in the date range.

One bar per AI assistant; every version of one assistant is grouped together, and Google AI Mode has its own bar, separate from Gemini. Within an assistant’s answers:

share = mentions of the brand / mentions of all brands × 100
mention rate = mentions of the brand / that assistant's answers × 100

Brands sorted by how often answers mention them. On the dashboard, Visibility is the mention rate (answers mentioning the brand / answers × 100), so the column does not sum to 100, and Trend is the difference against the previous range in percentage points.

The five most recently answered prompts, each with the latest answer per AI assistant, Google AI Mode included. Per prompt you see how many of those assistants mention your brand, and how many mention each other brand.

The five most recent website changes detected on competitor sites, each with a summary and the number of pages added, removed and modified.

The three posts in the date range with the most likes and comments combined.

The monitored brands, your own first, with their social accounts, websites and all-time post counts.

Three counts over the date range for the selected brands: website changes detected, social posts published, and the most active brand, which is the brand with the highest sum of the two.

Social posts and website changes merged into one feed, newest first or most engaging first. Website changes have no engagement score and therefore sort below every post in that mode.
