Title, text, media file and media type, the link to the original post, the date it was published, the platform metrics available for that platform, and the engagement score. Every post is analysed automatically for sentiment, content pillar, tone, readability, call-to-action type, hashtags, mentions, and the brands it names.

likes + (3 × comments) + (5 × shares) + (0.1 × views)

The score is recalculated whenever a post’s metrics change. Which counts are available depends on the platform:

Platform Counts used
Facebook Likes, comments, shares
Instagram Likes, comments
X Likes, replies (as comments), reposts (as shares)
LinkedIn Likes, comments, shares
TikTok Views, likes, comments, shares
YouTube Views, likes, comments
Pinterest Reactions (as likes), comments, saves (as shares)

How the score feeds each figure on the page is on Socials metrics.

An engagement rate counts interactions (likes + comments + shares, without views) instead of the engagement score.

Rate Definition
Engagement rate by follower The average, over the posts in the period, of each post’s interactions divided by the account’s followers when the post was published. It covers only the platforms rated per follower. It shows a dash with needs follower history until follower history covers every post in the period, or no tracked channel reports followers when no selected platform reports followers
Rate per platform Shown in Platform performance. TikTok and YouTube are rated per view, every other platform per follower. A platform that does not report the count shows followers not reported or views not reported
Metric Definition
Social Share of Voice Your own brand’s share of total social engagement compared to competitors
Share of voice by engagement Each brand’s share of total social engagement, ranked
Content pillars The thematic categories your social content falls into, for example educational, promotional, entertaining
Total engagement The sum of the engagement scores of all monitored posts in the period, so views count too, at one tenth. It is a raw total, not corrected for audience size
Total posts The total number of social media posts published by all monitored brands in the current period
Avg engagement/post The average number of interactions each post receives
Platform performance Posts, total engagement, average engagement per post, and the engagement rate, per platform
Content format performance Average engagement per media type: video, image, carousel, and so on
Posting cadence How frequently each brand publishes social content per month. Avg/mo divides a brand’s posts only by the months since it was first tracked, not by all months shown
Top posts The highest-performing posts ranked by engagement score
Post feed All posts matching your current filters, on the Timeline tab

The Overview and Timeline tabs share the same filters.

Filter Options
Date range The date presets or a custom range, defaulting to the last 30 days
Platform Any platform
Brand Any brand in the project; own brands are listed first

Filter selections are kept in the page address, so links and browser back-navigation work.

Beside the filters, a read-only line shows how fresh the data is: Data as of followed by the time since the last scan (for example “3h ago”), then next scan followed by the time until the next one (for example “in 3d”, “Due now”, or “Not scheduled”). Before the first scan the line reads Awaiting first scan.

Posts are collected on the project scan schedule: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Disabled. Each scan collects every post published since the previous scan.

The last and next scan for the social channel are shown on both Socials tabs (beside the filters) and on the Scan schedule card under Settings.

  • Top posts: 3, only posts that have a link to the original, and a post published on several platforms counts once.
  • Posting cadence: the top 10 brands, over at most the last 12 months of the selected period.
  • Cadence drawer: up to 50 posts per cell.
  • Post feed: paginated, loading more as you scroll.

There is no plan quota on social accounts or posts. The number of brands your project may have is set by your plan — see Plans.
