Release notes
Version 1.13.0
What changed in GripIQ 1.13.0 (2026-09-17).
This release widens where GripIQ looks and who may do what: Google AI Mode as a new source, roles per team member, and smarter Insights.
Google AI Mode in your Prompts
Section titled “Google AI Mode in your Prompts”Every Prompt scan now also fetches the answer from Google AI Mode, tailored to the Prompt’s region. That is exactly where a brand is recommended or left out without you seeing any traffic from it. The answer counts towards the analysis, Share of Voice, source attribution and every chart, and you can filter on it as “Google AI Mode” alongside the other AI assistants. There is nothing to set up: the next scan fills in the data.
Weekly Insights remember what was already said
Section titled “Weekly Insights remember what was already said”The agents behind the weekly Insights now see the Insights you received earlier, together with the status you gave them. The digest no longer repeats itself, and a recommendation you rejected or postponed does not return as if it were new — unless the reason you gave no longer holds. When a problem that has not been addressed comes back, it is not quietly dropped but brought to your attention more firmly.
Roles per team member and a new Team members tab
Section titled “Roles per team member and a new Team members tab”What someone can do in a project now depends on their role. A Team Admin finds a Team members tab under Settings, where they invite colleagues by email, change their role or remove them from the project. New people start as Client. The Client role can still add and edit Prompts and Keywords, assign tags and rate Insights, but can no longer bulk delete, manage tags, generate AI suggestions or export data. A role applies to every project the person belongs to, not just the current one.
The assistant reads your context documents
Section titled “The assistant reads your context documents”The assistant can now consult your project’s context documents, such as a briefing or a brand strategy. It does so not only when you ask about them directly, but also when your own documents sharpen an answer about Prompts, Keywords or Insights. What it tells you therefore fits the goals you have recorded yourself more closely.
Other changes
Section titled “Other changes”- Engagement scores in Socials now count retweets on X and views on YouTube. Social Share of Voice therefore reflects the engagement a brand earns, rather than mostly the platform it posts on.
- The average posting frequency in the cadence heatmap is calculated over the months a channel has been tracked, so a recently added brand no longer looks less active than it is.
- A custom date range is now respected everywhere, including a Prompt’s visibility score and trend chart and the CSV export of answers. On “All time”, trends no longer show a made-up +100%.
- A Keyword’s position trend counts completed scans only.
- Summaries of website changes name the right website owner. Previously a competitor’s website was sometimes attributed to your own brand.
- The answers card on the Dashboard counts AI assistants per provider again. Around a model update it briefly showed twice as many.
- The Keywords, Prompts and Dashboard overview pages load noticeably faster, especially for projects with many Brands and Keywords.
- AI suggestions for Keywords and Prompts now take the website of your own Brand into account.
- Generating suggested Keywords and Prompts now stays within your subscription quota, so you can still add rows yourself afterwards.
- The sign-in screen no longer shifts when you swipe in the installed app.
- The platform now warns on its own when scheduled scans for a project stall or a health check fails, so an outage is noticed sooner.
