How-to

Inspect answers and sources

Browse captured AI answers, open a single answer, and export the filtered set to CSV.

Use the Answers tab to read what the AI assistants actually wrote, and the prompt detail page to follow one prompt over time.

  1. Open Prompts → Answers.
  2. Answers are grouped per prompt in collapsible cards. Each card header shows the region badge, the prompt text, an answer count, Mentioned in followed by how many of those answers name your own brand, and Open prompt. The first card is open; click a card header to open or close the others.
  3. Narrow the feed with the date range, Tags, Models, Region, Sentiment, or the Only toggle, which keeps only answers that mention your own brand.
  4. Check the end of the filter bar: it shows the number of answers that match, and a line that reads Data as of followed by the time of the last Prompts scan, and next scan followed by when the next scan is due. Before the first scan it reads Awaiting first scan.

Each answer row shows the Answer preview, Own brand mentioned as a coloured dot, Position as #n — where your brand appears relative to other brands, a lower number means the model named you earlier — the Model as the assistant’s name (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Mode), and the Date.

If no scan has run yet, the feed shows First scan pending — “Results appear here once the first scan completes” — with the time until the next scan. Once a scan has run and nothing matches your filters, it shows No answers available yet.

  1. Click a prompt anywhere in Prompts, or Open prompt on an answer card.
  2. The header shows the prompt text, its status, its region, the date it was created, and its number of answers.
  3. Below it, AI visibility shows your brand’s visibility for that prompt over the selected range, with a one-line readout, a Visibility trend chart, and Rankings. Click View the answers to jump to the answers.
  4. The Recent answers card lists the newest answers first, with Brand mentioned and the number of Mentions per answer. Use Only to keep only answers mentioning your own brand.
  5. Click Export CSV to download the answers for this prompt. The button appears only when the prompt has at least one answer, and is not shown to the Contributor role.

To return, click Back to overview.

Click an answer row to open the answer detail. The full answer text is loaded when you open the row, so the panel shows a placeholder for a moment. If loading fails, the panel reads “This answer could not be loaded. Try again.” — close it and click the row again.

  • Left: the model (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Mode), the region, the date, a sentiment badge with its score, the prompt, and the full answer with brand names highlighted.
  • Right: Mentioned brands, each with a colour dot, its sentiment score, and an Own badge for your own brands; Tone when it was detected; and Sources — the pages the model consulted, or for Google AI Mode the pages Google cites in its answer, each opening in a new tab.

If no brands were found, the panel says “No brands mentioned in this answer.”

On the Answers tab, click Export CSV at the end of the filter bar. The export uses the filters currently applied and contains these columns: Prompt, Answer, Model, Brands Mentioned, Sentiment, Date.

Export CSV is available to the Team Admin and Team Member roles, not to Contributor. See Team members.
