Read the Socials timeline
Filter the Socials timeline and browse every post of the brands you follow.
The Timeline tab of Socials shows every post collected from the social accounts of your brands, so you can browse what each brand published.
Open the timeline
Section titled “Open the timeline”- Select Socials in the navigation rail.
- Select the Timeline tab at the top of the page.
The filters you set on the Overview tab carry over when you switch to Timeline, and back.
Set the filters
Section titled “Set the filters”- Choose a date range. The default is Last 30 days.
- Narrow the set with Platform and Brand. You can select more than one of each. Your own brands are listed first.
- To return to the default filters, select Clear all.
The end of the filter bar shows how fresh the data is: Data as of the last scan, followed by next scan and when it runs. Before the first scan it reads Awaiting first scan instead.
The filters stay in the page address, so you can share a link or use the browser back button.
Browse the post feed
Section titled “Browse the post feed”The Post feed lists all posts matching your filters, with the posts that have the highest engagement score first.
- Scroll down to load more posts. The page shows Loading more… while the next posts load.
- Read each post as it appears on its platform: the feed embeds the original post.
Empty state
Section titled “Empty state”“No posts match your filters” — clear a filter or widen the date range to see more posts.
